Hi folks, Please don't forget tomorrow morning starting around 7 a.m, All eyes on the skies in Western Connecticut especially The Danbury area.
The storms will fire up starting around 6:30 a.m. and last until about 11 am.
They will then fire up between 2 to 3 p.m. and go until the evening hours.
I do believe that there may be an isolated tornado or microburst somewhere in southern New England.
So heads up Connecticut for Saturday morning / afternoon and evening.
All of Connecticut is in the severe thunderstorm threat zone. JD.

...DEPRESSION NOT YET A TROPICAL STORM...
There are no coastal watches or warnings in effect. Interests in the Leeward Islands should monitor the progress of this system.
At 5 p.m. AST, the center of Tropical Depression Eleven was located over the tropical Atlantic Ocean about 1220 miles (1960 km) east-southeast of the northern Leeward Islands. It's moving toward the west near 15 mph (24 km/h). A turn toward the west-northwest at a similar forward speed is expected tonight, with this motion continuing through the rest of the week.
Maximum sustained winds are near 35 mph (55 km/h) with higher gusts. Gradual strengthening is forecast to take palce during the next 48 hours, and the depression is expected to become a tropical storm tonight.When that occurs, it will be named Josephine.
