The 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon St. Helena is inky colored and has lots of blackcurrant fruits as well as notes of iron, toasted spices, chocolate, and cedarwood. The best chicken salad with marinated red onions I have ever met! Food fights over roast beef. Oh — and Ham with Brie! Parmesan Chips and sweet treats. All enjoyed under the big top.
