For decades, Fin & Feather has had the pleasure of serving our community's furry, scaled, and feathered members and their owners — through the best of times and the hardest. While the current COVID-19 crisis is unprecedented, our commitment to you is as strong as ever.
To protect our valued customers, we are reducing our hours and asking you to visit our store only for critical purchasing needs. However, to ensure you and your beloved pets have all of the supplies they need, we are offering delivery options to select locations within the Greater Richmond area.
In addition to these measures, we will be taking special care to keep all store surfaces disinfected and keep a safe radius when dealing with in-person customers. We are asking that customers pay via credit or debit cards when possible to limit hand-to-hand contact. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us keep the community we love safe and healthy for all.

Monday — Saturday 10am to 6pm
Sunday 12pm to 5pm
Fin & Feather is now offering Delivery Service. This will be non contact delivery. Upon arrival with your delivery, our driver will call or text letting you know delivery has arrived. We will leave purchase at your door or on your porch. Please make sure someone is available to receive package. Fin and Feather will not be responsible for any theft or deceased feeders. Live animals will be available for delivery. However, someone must be present to receive them.
Fin and Feather is here to serve our community and have been deemed an essential business. We ask that you come in for purchases only and please do not come in just to “hang out”. Please try and limit your group to 2 individuals if possible. We want everyone to remain healthy and safe.
