DETAILS
Finley Home Services, Inc. is looking for a Entry-Level Crew Member for our Termite Repair Division. Limited construction experience/background acceptable. This is a Full Time position, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.
Must have a valid CA Driver's License and clean DMV report.
We have a great benefits package: Paid holidays and vacation, group medical, IRA with up to 3% company match.
RESPONSIBILTIES
~Work with repair crew to complete jobs daily at a brisk and productive pace.
~Expected to show up to each job on time and communicate with supervisors efficiently.
~ Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs as necessary.
~ Have ability to crawl in low spaces & climb ladders safely.
~ Operate tools and equipment in a safe and professional manner.
~ Wear clean company apparel & safety equipment, such as boots, that are in good condition.
~ Leave job sites clean and all scrap materials picked up.
