We are closing our office for New Years at noon on Thursday December 31st and remaining closed for January 1st. We will be returning back Monday January 4th at 8:30am.

U.S. Post Office Delays
According to their website, the U.S. Post Office is experiencing volume increases and limited employee availability due to the impacts of COVID-19. ERIE has had no delay in their mailing of invoices and payments, however, some Customers have contacted ERIE and their Agents with concerns about not receiving their mail.
As a reminder, Customers are able to view and make payments through their Online Account. Customers can sign up for or access Online Account through www.erieinsurance.com/account. Customers can also pay bills through erieinsurance.com and ERIE’s mobile app.
***To ensure your payments make it on time and to avoid any lapse in coverage, you can call the office at 330-308-5828 and pay with your debit car, checking account and credit card (depending on your pay plan - not available on pay plans "A" & "B" for credit card.
Please remember our office is closed to walk in traffic. We are happy to help you if you need to come in - by appt only. Please do not schedule any appt if you are having any covid symptom or not feeling well.

How Cold Weather Affects Tire Pressure
ATTENTION VALUE CLIENTS:
Due to the rising Covid cases in our area....we regretfully decided to close our doors to walk in traffic. We will be available by appt only. You can also make your payments over the phone with either a debit card, checking acct, and credit card - depending on your payment plan. Call the office to make arrangements for other options. This will remain in effect until January 18th. At that time we will re-evaluate the situation. While we realize this may be an inconvenience for some, we feel it necessary to protect our staff and to lessen the spread of this virus to our valued clients.
