We wanted to start by thanking everyone for your patience with us during these last couple of months. We are happy to announce that we have begun opening our office and started seeing patients again. With that being said, in order to do our part to help keep our patients and staff safe and help slow the spread of COVID-19, we will begin by operating at a lower capacity with strict precautions.
We will be reaching out to everyone whose appointment was impacted by our closure and we will make it top priority to get everyone rescheduled as soon as we can. We will be sending out updated email correspondences and text messages on how our procedures and precautions will look, in order for you and your children to know exactly what to expect when visiting our office in the upcoming months. As of Monday, April 6th, Governor Polis has extended the order to limit dental services to life threatening emergencies only until April 26th. Once we know that we can reopen, we will contact you to reschedule any appointments impacted by this closure. We are planning to work extra hours to accommodate everyone. If your child has a true dental emergency, please call our office at (303)848-3633 for further directions. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this time of uncertainty. 💛💚
Weekly Office Update:
All scheduled orthodontic and pediatric dental appointments are still suspended through April 14th due to the stay at home order.
If you need more elastics or wax, please call the office and we will be glad to drop them in the mail to you. If our phone lines are busy, please leave a message with your request.
When you do come in for an emergency appointment or a regular appointment (once we reopen), we are required to ask a series of questions and take your temperature. These new office protocols are in effect until further notice.
We will have someone answering phones from 10am-2pm Monday through Friday, and if necessary emergency appointments will be seen by appointment only.
Again, we politely ask that you do not call us to reschedule your appointment(s). As soon as we know our definitive date to reopen, we will be contacting you. Thank you for your patience.
