We reached a major milestone this week for our Fairfax project 🏗 A Topping Out ceremony commemorated the placement of the last steel beams for this 70-apartment complex situated on the First Community Village campus in Upper Arlington, OH. The steel Cupola Structure was graced with the signatures of future residents and project partners before being hoisted by crane to its permanent location atop the Fairfax Wellness Center. Elford Construction is building this luxury senior apartment mid-rise that is scheduled to be open spring of 2021 🎉
