This is the difference in grass cut with a sharp blade vs a dull one. The one on the left is cut and the one on the right is ripped apart. Not only will it brown tip the grass it leaves it more susceptible to disease etc. USE SHARP BLADES!

MOSQUITO PREVENTION!
Here is some really good info on Mosquitos as we head into the season. If you only take one thing away from the article we would say being diligent about preventing standing water is the most important thing you can do to prevent these pests. They can use as little water as a bottle cap to breed!

TARR!! AKA Take All Root Rot
If you see this it needs to be treated immediately or it will just continue to eat your yard. A Fungicide needs to be applied. You can treat this yourself with a product called Heritage or have us come out and take care of it for you. Either way you have to act. This is primarily going to show up in St. Augustine yards.
