This position is responsible for assisting with the creation, maintenance, and implementation of the Mortgage and Retail Lending training curriculum, including administering new hire and ongoing training. The Lending Training Specialist also provides training and support to the Business Banking Department and other bank departments to ensure all staff have requisite training on lending compliance regulations and lending products and services.
