College Hunks Hauling Junk and Moving (Virginia Beach)

Anyone recognize these vehicles? A hunter green Ford Explorer Sport Trac with a missing front passenger wheel and a Black four door hatch back sedan?
Over the past 5 days we have had THREE of our company vehicles compromised by a THIEF. They have been entering our lighted parking lot directly across the street from numerous residences and under surveillance removing our trucks catalytic converters.
There is nothing lower than someone willing to steal from another. For those that aren't aware, each of our trucks have two catalytic converters, they cost $1,200 EACH to replace and are required to meet state inspection and federal emissions standards. We have now had THREE trucks with converters stolen. This is a nationwide problem that is not only costly to repair, but the back order on factory converters is two months. We had taken proactive steps in December to head off the problem and ordered clamps to protect our assets. They show up tomorrow after another three week back order. A day late and a dollar short.
Many of my franchise partners and other small businesses in the area have also been adversely affected by this same crime. The same day we dropped off one of our trucks at TMI Truck & Equipment there were no less than three other business' company trucks that had been dropped off.
Both incidents have been reported to the Virginia Beach Police Department. However, when these crooks are caught, no restitution will be recognized. Nor can any amount of money make up for the lost revenue, hours, jobs and wages to our employees.
Fortunately, our company is in a position to overcome these incidents. By no means will a crook put us out of business. However, know that you are damaging the livelihoods of 30+ employees the most.
We will continue to be vigilant and fight for the good guys.
