The North Delta Lady Wave softball team finished their regular season this week with a "BIG" 18-0 win over Calhoun Academy. The Lady Waves will start the North Half tournament this weekend with a regular season record of 13-6. Their first post-season game will be Saturday morning at 11:00 at Trussell Park in Batesville. First Security Bank is proud to sponsor North Delta and we hope Alli Wells (pictured here) and the rest of the Lady Wave team will move on to the State tournament next weekend.

The Mississippi Bankers Association has welcomed Barbara J. Bonnell to the Forty Year Club in recognition of her distinguished service to Banking in Mississippi. Due to COVID-19, recipients of the club were unable to receive their certificates at the bank conference that was cancelled earlier this year.
Barbara began her banking career with the Bank of Clarksdale and worked for several other banks before moving to Batesville. Barbara has been working as a Mortgage Loan Originator for more than 6 years with First Security Bank.
