ACUPUNCTURE. It's been over 3 years now with FSH&W and I would highly recommend either location for your medical needs. I switched to the Lewis location because I wanted to keep my Friday 10:30AM time slot with Dr Audrey Farrell. Dr Farrell and all professionals that work either location have been over the years courteous, caring and very knowledgeable to the patient's care and needs. If it were not for acupuncture most likely I would be walking around with a cane or in a wheelchair popping pain pills. Need I say more.

TECH TIP: Set an alarm every hour to remind yourself (and the kids!) to stretch, move and change position. Once this new habit settles in, you won't need the alarm! And yes, there's an app for that: Stand Up! The Work Break Timer, makes it fun to build movement into your day.
-Shrug your shoulders: breathe in and lift the shoulders towards the ears, exhale release and roll them back down, repeat 3 times
-Chin Dip: Sit up tall, clasp your hands behind your head, breathe in, open your shoulders, lift your head and chest; exhale dip your chin to chest, repeat for 3 full deep breaths
-Head Tilt: Sit up straight, slowly tilt your head to the right shoulder while releasing your left shoulder down; come back to center and tilt your head to the left shoulder while the right shoulder releases down; repeat 3 times on each side

If person 1 eats bread for lunch and person 2 eats lentils, person 1 will not surprisingly have more of a blood sugar spike.
