Stronger You, Stronger Community is a 21-day nutrition, lifestyle, and fitness program that is completely remote - from your house, no equipment required.
We already have our FitFam members ready to get set up on this - but we're ready to offer it to the greater community.... here in the Chicagoland area/NWI as well as ANYWHERE else. You read that right, this is available for anybody to join.
Here's the deal.
We understand that everyone is being affected differently by what's going on, so for anyone joining us for the first time, the program will be by donation only, with a minimum of $10.
AND we are going to do you one better. You will get back a gift card of 70% of the amount you donate. Donate $100 get gift cards adding up to $70.
We also understand that things are uncertain for everyone, so if you can’t participate, we ask that you share the challenge
You get the drill.
You make a donation in the amount of your choice. (From as little as $10 to as much as $500)
70% of that donation will be used to purchase gift cards from local small businesses.
30% of that donation will be used to keep our full and part-time team with as close to a regular check as possible
You will get access to UNLIMITED virtual training sessions and recordings over the 21 days:
Our virtual training sessions have two coaches. One to explain, demo and motivate. The other coach helps with individual and group form and keeps everyone on track. It’s almost as close to in-person as you can get.
Live sessions are held M-F at 6 am, 9:30 am and 6 pm and Saturday at 8 am,
We do bonus workouts on Sunday that will be announced
All sessions are recorded so if you can’t make it live, you can do the workouts yourself on your own.
Your kids/significant others can join you in the sessions
You become a part of our Fit Code accountability Group.
To be eligible to win prizes, you simply need to participate in the 21-day challenge. We will track participation by daily check-ins. You read that right, it doesn't matter if you answer yes or no -- you simply need to answer!
Then if you stay on top of your accountability, we will throw in an additional bonus!
