At Fitness by Dale in Costa Mesa, California, you will be given a comprehensive evaluation of your current health and fitness before any food or exercise plans are started. I am a Certified Sports Nutrition Counselor, Certified Fitness Trainer, and a Red Cross CPR, AED, and first Aid responder. Your safety is of the upmost importance to me.
Each client will be given a comprehensive evaluation of their current health including strength, flexibility, fat to lean muscle ratio, lung capacity, heart rate, blood pressure, past injuries or illnesses and current diet before any nutrition plan or exercise routine is started. These results will be key in forming your food and exercise plan. Your exercise and nutrition plan will be adjusted as needed as your fitness improves.
