If you're diabetic, the cooking oil you use is very important! Focus on low inflammation and hearty healthy oils like avocado, coconut(don't beleive the news), and extra virgin olive oil.

Here's a full review of the cooking oils at the grocery store. If you wanna use peanut, canola, veggie, sunflower, or safflower oil, it has to be EXPELLER PRESSED, and preferably non-GMO.
