They worked well in the COVID environment. They came to our house when they said they would and were careful to observe social distancing and mask protocol. When they were not able to get boards for my 22 yr old treadmill, they referred me to a company that rebuilt the existing boards.

Great service and very helpful. John went out of his way to find the parts I needed and had me not buy parts that I didn't need, saving me money. They were able to find parts for an old smith machine that I have and once they installed the new parts for a fair price, it works much better! I would highly recommend Fitness Direct!
