Meet Co-Owner Adilene!
✨BACKGROUND: Adilene’s love and passion for fitness began at an early age when she joined several sports throughout elementary and high school, including jump rope, basketball, cheerleading, track and field and volleyball. During her college years, she noticed she was gaining some weight, which had never happened before, so she hired a personal trainer. This changed her life! She’d never felt as lean and strong as she did after training for just a few weeks.
In 2012, Adilene was diagnosed with a benign brain tumor, so she underwent emergency invasive brain surgery. After weeks in the hospital, she lost a lot of muscle and strength, so she engaged in physical therapy and personal training. In 2017, Adilene was diagnosed with a regrowth of the tumor so she had to experience the same surgery all over again. Since Adilene went into both surgeries healthy and strong, and because she obtained the help of personal trainers after her surgeries, she was able to recover quickly and get back to doing what she loves in life like teaching her niece how to ride a bike and playing tennis with her husband and family!
This is what Adilene hopes to bring to her community in Bothell and surrounding areas- a safe clean place that you can call home, where you can achieve your health and fitness goals so you can go back into the world and live your best life every single day-whether that is chasing your grandkids in the park, hiking our beautiful PNW mountains, or simply taking long walks with your loved ones. She is so excited to meet you soon and be part of your journey!

✨BACKGROUND: Andrew has always had a deep passion for fitness. He has experienced the positive effects that fitness, as well as a healthy and active lifestyle, have on both the physical and mental aspects of life. Andrew was even lucky enough to meet his wife, Adilene, at the gym through a mutual personal trainer. Together they share the same values regarding fitness, which is why the Fitness Together model of a private, personalized, 1:1 training is a perfect fit for them. They are excited to own and operate a Fitness Together studio where they can foster a sense of community and help their clients achieve their fitness goals. They are thrilled to be a part of the Bothell community and look forward to meeting you.

✨Meet our new team member and trainer- Zack Chen! Zack moved to Washington from Hong Kong, where he played badminton and fell in love with exercise training. He can speak Cantonese, English, and Chinese fluently. 🙌🏼Zack obtained his bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology at Western Washington University.
✨Before going into personal training, he was a certified nursing assistant who worked with elders with dementia. During college he also worked with physical therapists in Harborview Medical Center and Fyzical Therapy & Balance Center, where he gained a great deal of knowledge in rehabilitation. With his expertise in personal training, Zack wishes to help people get back to a pain-free life and prevent future injuries.
✨In his free time, Zack enjoys playing any sport that uses a racket as well as spending time with friends and family.✨
