We are a family owned West Michigan restoration company and currently looking for a Part-Time CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE to assist with preparing documentation from field operations and follow up with customers through job completion. Duties include: data entry into insurance industry standard software (Xactimate), job-tracking and coordination with service techs, uploading data to insurance carrier websites, answering phones, regular contact with new customers from start to completion of jobs, and general administrative tasks in the office. Candidates must have excellent computer skills and display the ability to learn our software programs quickly, have an outgoing personality and be comfortable talking to customers about their concerns, and most importantly be ready to gel quickly with our staff to be an important member of our team. Familiarity with general construction is a plus, but not required. Job is expected to be approximately 20-25 hours/week with possibility of moving to full-time in the future.
$13-15/hr depending on qualifications and experience.

**Water Restoration Technician job opening**
We have an opening for a Restoration Technician, involving water damage mitigation, mold remediation, and occasionally fire and smoke cleanup. This position will start out part time at 20 - 30 hours/wk during an OJT training and evaluation period for approx 60 days before full time position is offered. We have openings for employee positions or possibly 1099/subcontractor relationship for the right person.
Job Requirements: 1) 6 Months relevant experience in insurance restoration or general construction, 2) Must have a valid drivers license and a good driving record, 3) Must be willing to be on-call one weekend per month for after hours emergency service calls. IICRC-WRT training is a huge plus, or will be provided after OJT training period. Punctuality, reliability, and ability to communicate well with customers, insurance adjusters, and other contractors are a must. You will need the personality type and interpersonal skills to "lead" this group of people through a crisis and towards a solution where all involved are happy with the results. Attention to detail, punctuality, organized paperwork, and basic computer skills also required. No felonies or misdemeanors as we have to perform background check and drug screen on all individuals to do insurance work in client's home.
