Michael Brown and Rick Walla are co-owners of Flamingo Bay Pools and they are customer-driven, loyal, and straightforward. With over 40 years of combined experience in the pool industry prior to founding Flamingo Bay Pools, Michael and Rick adopted a simple three-rule philosophy - listen, learn and implement. Using a computer-generated 3D design, the entire project - the house, the landscaping and outdoor structures - is transformed into a lifelike illustration. From start to finish, whether on or off the jobsite, both Michael and Rick are directly accessible to address customers’ questions or concerns. Upon completion of your project, a personal “pool-school” session by either Michael, Rick, or both, will explain in detail everything you will need to know about caring for your pool, water feature, or outdoor structure.
