Floor-Care.com (FCC) was created as a specialty division of the parent company Paragon Peak Building Maintenance (PPBM). PPBM was established in 1994 in Arizona, and is a full commercial cleaning services company in Tucson and Phoenix. Over the years as Paragon grew the demand for a dedicated floor care division became needed and FCC was established in 2012.
Our Companies are not franchises; we are locally owned and operated. The money you spend here stays here in Arizona, unlike with the big box stores and national advertisers seen on TV.
FCC prides itself in using only the highest quality equipment and the most skilled technicians who have decades in the flooring industry themselves. It is clear that we are a little different than most others in our business. Even though we use the best currently available materials and practices it does not mean that we stop innovating, quite the opposite. FCC continues its search for even greater, more effective cleaning methods, solutions and equipment through ongoing staff education and investment in the companies.
