Buddha is getting ready for work!
I got a call Thursday morning from Nate that Buddha couldn’t put weight in his leg. Couldn’t walk and hurt to go to the bathroom. I cancelled my afternoon patients and ran him over to Dr M. She said he subluxated his patella and it was blocking his knee motion and spasmed his muscles. She adjusted his knee and spine, did acupuncture on the spasms, and taped his knee. He was able to weight bear mildly that night and Friday morning. Now it’s saturday am and I’m having to fence him into small areas to keep him from running!!! No drugs, just good ole fashioned animal chiropractic. Thank you Dr Michele!!!!

As you all know my oncologist threw me under the bus 11/13 and gave me my first ever flu shot. I literally almost passed out at work from illness and was really ill. In addition, some patients have tested positive for covid. As you know my covid protocols are superb with 2 hand sanitizers in ever room minimum, medical mask, chemical/liquid safe exam gloves, hospital grade disinfectant after every surface is touched, HEPA air filters in every room and I wear an up-shield. I get tested every 2 weeks in average since it’s been available. Here is my latest Covid nasal swab test result for anyone worried. For the record, the flu shot can apparently give you the flu. If that was ‘mild’ I dread the flu!
1 in 64 people has Covid in Denver right now. PLEASE GET TESTED! Nasal swabs tell you if you have an active infection and results take 3-5 days. Antigen testing is a finger prick blood test, results in 20 minutes, tell you if you’ve been exposed bit not if it’s current.
