Foncannon Tax & Financial Services, LLC is seeking a detailed oriented, task-driven, and motivated bookkeeper/payroll clerk.
Responsible for all accounts payable and receivable
Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings
Reconciling credit card and bank statements
Generating 1099s
Filing and maintaining accurate records
Payroll Job Duties:
Maintain compliant policies and procedures for processing payroll checks
Initiate direct deposits
Prepare manual checks for distribution to employees
Change employee banking records when necessary to process payments accurately
Alter employee tax status as needed as well as any information about withholding
Record payroll data in our software system and verify all amounts prior to cutting checks
Process 940 and 941 payments
Experience in bookkeeping, QuickBooks, Excel and other Microsoft applications is required.
