COVID-19 UPDATE
We wanted to keep in touch with you all and make sure you’re aware that we are OPEN! Auto repair is considered an “essential business”. We are extremely grateful that we still have the opportunity to service your vehicles.
We are taking this very seriously, and are complying with CDC requirements and recommendations, including:
- Frequent hand washing and use of hand sanitizer
- Sanitizing frequently used surfaces including counter tops, door handles, office equipment, etc.
- Requiring any employee feeling unwell to stay home
- Keeping a safe distance of 10 feet apart
- Wearing gloves, especially while working on/in vehicles
At this time, we are offering the pick-up and delivery of your vehicle, to comply with Ohio’s Stay at Home requirements. You can also utilize our night drop box during all hours of the day, to limit face to face interaction.

COVID-19 UPDATE
We wanted to update you about what we are doing here at Foreign Exchange regarding COVID-19. We have multiple calls asking if we are open, and yes, we are! Cars break down every day, and our job is to fix them, and unfortunately, this is not something we can easily do as a business from home. We did want to let you know what actions we are taking to keep our employees and the public safe at this time.
- For those who would like to minimize person to person contact, we have our night drop box which may be used rather than coming into our lobby.
- We can also make arrangements for pick up for those not wanting to enter the building.
- Our technicians are (and have always been) wearing gloves inside vehicles.
- We are strongly encouraging all employees to wash and/or sanitize hands often, and after contact with delivery drivers or customers.
- We are strongly encouraging all employees to stay home if they are feeling under the weather, and ask that our customers do the same.
We will update you if anything changes regarding our hours or operation. As always, we appreciate your business and hope that you continue to utilize our services, even as we go through these uncharted waters. Thank you, and stay safe and healthy!

We had to say "See you later!" to one of our originals this week. Chris helped open our store as a technician in 2013, but is moving on to the newest Foreign Exchange location in Centerville. Chris is hardworking, always has a positive attitude and has grown tremendously over the past few years. We will miss you, "Ronnie!"
