I recently meet with an HOA board about the roof of their building. They were freaking out about dropping $100k for a new roof (quotes from other roofing contractors). It turns out, with a little TLC, their roof will last another 5 years at least, and it will only cost $65k to give them a great roof system when the time comes. I LOVE SAVING PEOPLE MONEY! 😀
