Foundation Services was contacted to design an emergency repair plan for a ground cover collapse at a Water Reclamation Facility. This access cannot be interrupted and the infrastructure cannot be damaged or taken offline. Compaction Grouting was used to fill voids and compact the deep soils at the limestone layer. Polyurethane Expanding Chemical Grout was utilized to stabilize the foundation supporting the concrete steps connecting access to the pond valves.
