This is a quick update to inform everyone of a positive staff case at our facility. There has been no known exposure and no signs or symptoms. Our facility status has moved to the “yellow” zone and we are testing all residents and staff this week to contain and prevent any spread. Outside visitation will continue for the time being. However, should any cases originate in the facility, we will have to suspend visits until further notice. We will provide updates as needed. Please feel free to call the facility directly if you have any questions.

This week is designated as Nathional Dining Services Week. We would like to take this opportunity to thank the dietary staff working at Four Seasons. Thank you all for all of your hard work in the preparation and service of the food and snacks we provide to our residents. Dear Residents, Families, Staff & Friends;
Due to the increased number of Covid cases within the county and current weather conditions, nursing facility visitations are suspended until further notice. Wayne County has recently moved to level E. We will keep you updated when the cases trend down and we are able to schedule indoor visits. Please remain patient with us as we continue to follow guidelines and recommendations for best practices.
Window visits and facetime calls are still available. Please contact the facility to set up a call or if you should have any questions.

Today’s update is to inform every one of the positive Covid cases at our facility. We currently have five residents and six staff members that have tested positive for the virus. We continue to contact trace, contain and test all residents and employees.

Dear Residents, Families, Staff, and Friends:
We are continuing to have positive covid cases with increased testing, tracking, and containing in place. At this time, most cases are asymptomatic. There was a known case with exposure and the isolation monitoring of those residents hit its 14th day today. Cases have turned positive from that original exposure. We have no evidence of a new exposure and have been working with MDHHS to contain the exposure.

Dear Residents, Families, Staff, and Friends:
Hello… We received confirmation that our 2nd vaccination clinic date is scheduled and set for Monday, February 1st from 11am – 5pm. There will be a third clinic date tentatively scheduled for March 1st. Anyone who has not received their 1st dose may do so this Monday. We continue to be COVID free at this time.
Limited dining and group activities continue with adherence to the core principles of COVID-19 infection prevention. We hope to provide indoor visitation soon and will keep you abreast of any changes.
A special “shout out” this week to our fabulous Activity staff! Happy Activity Professional Week. Thank you for bringing fun events, smiling faces, and joyous laughter to our Four Seasons family. We appreciate you all!
