Less than two weeks until World Championships! Here are some important dates and things to know as we get closer:
• 10/3 & 10/4- Last chance to qualify at Trainyard 317.
• 10/5- Hard registration deadline for competitors AND spectators.
• 10/8- Run order and run times released.
• 10/9- Endurance course videos and rules released on YouTube.
• 10/9- Check in for all competitors at The Ninja’s Edge.
• 10/10- Endurance Championship
• 10/10- Speed course videos and rules released on YouTube.
• 10/11- Speed Championship.
• 10/11- Round of Champions. Overall winners crowned!
One thing we love about ninja is the supportive community! If you have been here then you have seen how excited everyone gets when a ninja completes an obstacle for the first time!

Here is my run from UNAA this weekend, not a very good run but yet again another good learning experience.
I sometimes I forget when I step out on a course I'm pushing myself to extremes and forget at age 54 my body doesn't always respond. Someone once said sometimes you whip tricks and sometimes you get folded. Well I just got folded.
Watching this gives me more motivation to train harder and push even more. Will be getting ready for the next one.
