He explains exactly what is going on with the vehicle in plain English and why. I've been a customer for about 14 years with 2 different vehicles (now 3) and in that time only had 1 slight misdiagnosis on a vehicle. Nobody is perfect. Still love them.
They DO recommend services. Some might be annoyed by this, I'm not. They recommend fluid changes, let you know your brakes are getting low, manufacturer recommended tune ups, let you know of leaks, ect. If its your first time getting work done you might be put off by this. Stick with them and you will be pleased that they go over your vehicle so thoroughly. All in all I highly recommend them if you live in the area. Great service!"
