The corona virus situation continues to be dynamic. As a staff, we elected to continue "curbside" service for the month of October due to rising concerns in neighboring states and some local areas. As time passes, and weather changes, we will likely return to some form of client presence alongside their pets inside the building. Stay tuned!
Have a happy and safe Labor Day Weekend!

Virtual Pet Parade! Thanks to everyone that posted!
Do you know what is the most important thing to know about feeding your new puppy? Dogs are omnivores, like people. Puppies are trying to build healthy bones and muscles, as well as brains and organs. The right nutrition is critical for the building blocks for development. A balanced diet really does matter. It's important that your puppy get a diet that is labeled for "growth" or at least says "all stages of life." These diets have been shown to be adequate for growth for an average dog. But beware, your puppy might not be average, so be sure to ask us, your veterinary team, to weigh in about the ways your pet may be unique.
Grrrrr! Check out all those teeth!! This kitty is ready for Halloween!
This is a picture of a cat with deciduous (baby) teeth and the adult teeth coming in.
We all think of fall having it's splendid colors, and many would think of maple trees as the most colorful, but check out the most beautiful POISON IVY you didn't expect to see. And, be a little amazed, along with me, at these vibrant and varied SUMAC leaves in the next picture! Imagine what they would be like if the sun was shining today. I encourage you to take a walk or a bike ride along the trails soon, because these won't last long!

We absolutely love Fridays! Everyone have a great weekend!
For the safety of our clients, and our staff, we have elected to continue "curbside" service until January 2021. Cold weather will bring challenges with this plan, but we expect to overcome them.
Just a couple of reminders and we hope everyone has a safe a Happy Halloween!

Because of the increasing incidence of Corona virus cases following these major holidays, we are choosing to remain safe by continuing our conservative approach of "curbside" service during the month of January. We feel we keep each other safer this way, while vaccines for Corona virus are rolling out.
