The U.S. State Department Drops Its 'Do Not Travel' Advisory | TravelAge West
Today is the day, we are flipping the sign from "Closed" to "Open" for the first time since mid-March!!
As a reminder our office hours have decreased temporarly to Monday-Friday, 10am to 2pm and will currently be on an appointment only basis.
If you are planning on coming in to plan your next trip or to make a payment, we ask you to simply give your agent a call or shoot them an email to check availability for appointments. Whenever possible, we ask you to limit the number of people you bring into the office to help with these numbers. If you are in the neighborhood without an appointment you are always able to give us a call and see if we are able to have you come into the office at that time.
If you are planning on coming in to make a payment with a credit card, we will first ask if it is possible to make the payment over the phone to limit the number of people coming in. If you are planning on using cash, we will need to make an appointment for you to do so.
As with other businesses, while in the office we will require you to wear a face mask, but don’t worry we will be wearing one too! We also will be asking all clients who are sick with Covid-19-like symptoms, such as fever, cough, and shortness of breath, to kindly give us a call to make or change any travel plans instead of visiting us in the office.

We just got word that our office is allowed to open this week, though after many discussions, we will officially reopen on Monday, August 3rd 10am - 2pm Monday through to Friday. We want to give our agents time to get themselves ready and for us to fully disinfect and clean the office prior to that date.
While things will be different that we are all used to, we are looking forward to being able to see you again!
Since we have been in business, our door has always been open for you to pop in whenever you were in the neighborhood to make payments, plan your next trip or just to say hello during our business hours with no appointments necessary. However, during the next few months we are asking you to be patient, as we all must follow the State guidelines.

We are in training this morning to learn all things Amresorts today and later today heading to Secrets the Vine to check it out! Can’t wait to give you all the updates!
Touchdown Cancun! Amazing to report that we felt completely safe in the airport and on the plane. Airport was clean, the plane and jetway looked and smelled like they just clean and sanitized it!
During the boarding process, United boarded from the back of the plane forward and handed each person disinfectant wipes. Masks were mandatory unless eating or drinking and then required to be put back immediately afterwards!
Airport is very clean and people are social distancing.

Another blow to the Travel Industry, The Honorable Gordon “Butch” Stewart has sadly passed away. Our Condolences go out to the Stewart family and the entire staff at Sandals and Beaches resorts. #RIPBUTCH
