John and Gesine established Franchettis’ on Mardi Gras, 2016 after leaving their partnership with Rosso Pizzeria, where they were chef/owners since it opened in 2007. Both John and Gesine are classically European trained chefs. The food you will experience is Italian and German-inspired and changes with the seasons.
Their vision is to be a casual place with high-quality food. One of the most frequently heard comments is similar to this: “You just don’t get food like this in a setting like this." Franchetti's is open for lunch and dinner, providing an inspired menu for both meals, as well as weekend brunch and happy hour items. The Restaurant also offers full-service catering, as well as corporate catering drop-offs. Our in-house event space is perfect for any type of event.
