Franchise Partnerships recognized that there was a real need to assist the franchise buyers, therefore we provide advanced research tools, consultative services and due diligence assistance as well as help prospective franchisees qualify for the franchises they desire to invest in.

Franchise Partnerships is affiliated with the Franchise Broker Association, the leading association of franchise brokers. We have gone through extensive training programs that include legal training, industry training, client training, profitability studies, franchisor training, and more. Because of this relationship, our company is able to provide you with a full package of consulting services, and ongoing support and training after your franchise is awarded. Our consultants are also FTC Sales Compliant Certified!
Background:
Franchise Partnerships was founded in 2011 after searching for a franchise or business opportunity for ourselves for the next chapter in our lives. Katy has over 20 years of experience in Home Health Care and Real Estate sales, and Wayne’s experience includes 22 years with the United States Coast Guard. We both have also been involved with entrepreneurship with a few businesses including a Boat Tour business and Small Engine Rental and Repair Business.
We both enjoyed the process of researching franchises and business opportunities so much that we decided to become Franchise Consultants and help others fulfill their dreams of business ownership as well.
We have been in our candidates shoes, and understand their perspective. Our clients appreciate our transparency, honesty and the in-depth information we provide. We advise clients during all phases of the purchasing process, from initial goals assessment, through the due-diligence process including the purchase and beyond.
In Katy’s first year with the Franchise Brokers Association, she was recognized as Rookie of The Year and has achieved the designation of Certified Franchise Broker.
We have offices located in Cape Cod Massachusetts and Cape Coral Florida, but we work with candidates nationally.
