Attorney Franco is licensed in the state of Ohio and admitted to practice before the Ohio Supreme Court, the Federal District Court of the Northern District of Ohio, the Bankrupcty Court of the Northern District of Ohio, and the U.S. Tax Court. He is also a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Richland County Bar Association.
Attorney Franco received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Mount Vernon Nazarene University and his Juris Doctorate (J.D.), and Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Business and Taxation, from Capital University Law School, where he graduated summa cum laude. During the course of his legal education, he received several recognitions for his studies, including:

*The Thatcher Proffitt American Bankruptcy Institute Medal of Excellence Award for outstanding performance in Bankruptcy coursework.
