So my new location for awhile is our Allstate office in Laurens SC!On my way to work this morning I went to visit the Coffee Shop on the square and was greeted by the owner Peggy, such a friendly lady, got to chat while waiting for my coffee to be delivered to me in my car!! I’m going to love this new adventure! Coffee is my weakness! Thank you so much Peggy!

FINALLY THE END! Today I graduated from the Mary Black School of Nursing with Cum Laude Honors! What a long hard journey but also the best thus far. So many friendships and memories made that will last a life time ❤️ officially an University of South Carolina Upstate Alumni!

Everyday I am thankful for my family, my friends and blessings I’ve been given. This thanksgiving I am even blessed with more. Today I accepted my first Registered Nurse position in the UMC Emergency Department! Dreams do come but they don’t work unless you do. For this I am grateful and humbled to achieve this challenging goal. The hardest thing I’ve ever had to do is becoming the most rewarding. I made it this far because of the good man above and all the things my parents have done for me. I hope to change a life in this profession. I hope to save a life in this profession. I hope to support and care for those in need in this profession. I hope to succeed in all that I want and can be! Here’s to taking NCLEX and becoming Cassie Horne RN, BSN 🩺❤️
