Clients, friends, and family,
We have been monitoring the COVID-19 situation in our region, and while there are many opinions, I want you to know that we are taking recommendations from the CDC and local health authorities VERY SERIOUSLY. We intend to remain open for business, serving Southern Nevada with top-notch European vehicle service and repair, but we are taking special precautions to keep you and our staff safe.
1: In addition to the normal precautions against illness, we are wiping steering wheels and keys with disinfectant.
2: We are cleaning our facility often and thoroughly.
3: As much as we want to shake your hand, we're going to have to stick to an elbow bump or re-assuring nod!
4: We are promoting the use of our after-hours pickup and dropoff system, using the lockboxes located to the left of our front door. Simply fill out an envelope, seal your key inside, and leave it in the large black dropbox. We can do business with you over the phone, email or by text message. When your vehicle is ready for pick up, we will text you a unique code to access your keys from one of the small lockboxes.
5: We are also promoting the use of our concierge pickup and dropoff system. We will come to you (with a loaner if you need it), that way you don't have to leave your work or home. We will wipe the steering wheels and keys with disinfecting wipes when we meet. All you have to do is request this complimentary service!
I want to thank you for the trust you have placed in us at #teamfranks, we are always here to help! If you have any questions or concerns feel free to reach out to me (call or text) 702-342-8613 or email us at service1@frankseuropeanservice.com.
We wish you and your family well, have a healthy and prosperous spring! Here is a link containing additional information from the CDC.

There's something about hitting the road that makes you feel happy and free. Have a happy Friday!
For this week's #TBT, we are traveling all the way back to 1893, when the Duryea brothers tested the first car. On the streets of Springfield Massachusetts, the first American manufactured, gasoline powered car was driven in the country. Can you date back to your first car?
Today's funny bumper sticker: "Adults on board. We want to live too!" :) Have a safe Tuesday!
What part of the car is the laziest? The wheels, because they are always tired! Have a restful weekend!
We are back with our #TBT, highlighting the first rear view mirror! On May 30, 1911, Ray Harroun won the Indianapolis Motor Speedway as the only driver to participate without a riding mechanic. Instead of cruising with a mechanic, who served as a spotter for cars approaching from behind, Harroun attached the rear view mirror to his Marmon race car. This eventually led to the popularization of the standard equipment that we see in our vehicles today!
In this week's #TBT, we are highlighting the Dodge Brothers who introduced the Model 30 in 1917. The body styles came in a coupe, sedan, Tourer, and even a Roadster. The Dodge Brothers produced around 90,000 cars in 1917, ranking as the fourth largest car maker!
Can you guess what a car's favorite meal is? Brake-fast!
Happy driving! Have a wonderful Friday!
Today's #TBT focus is on the Audi! On October 12, 1868, August Horch was born, someone who would leave a lasting legacy in the automotive industry. Horch set up his own automaker and after disputes with using his name on his new vehicles, his son suggested "Audi," the Latinization of Horch. Did you know that both names translate "to listen"?
Today's funny bumper sticker: "My windows aren't dirty! That's my dog's nose art." Have a safe Tuesday!
Our car keys have traveled quite far.
Have a spooky safe Halloween! What are you or your family members dressing up as this season?
Today's funny bumper sticker: "Ya, I can drive a stick."
Smile, it's Friday!
We’re very proud at everyone at #teamfranks for being featured in the latest issue of Ratchet and Wrench magazine!
