Years ago, when restaurant owner Frank Minear Jr. was a young teenager, he knew he wanted to own his own restaurant. In 2012, Frank discovered that the former Alliance Family Restaurant was available. He spent weeks renovating it…and months praying for his new restaurant’s success. Frank’s Family Restaurant quickly became a staple in the Alliance community.
Serving delicious dishes passed down from old Minear family recipes, Frank’s truly tastes like home. This past year, Frank’s Family Restaurant was awarded “2015 Small Business of the Year” by the city and is now the official caterer of the Alliance Women’s Club.
OUR MENU
Ninety-seven percent of our menu is made from scratch! All of our staples, like our hand-pressed hamburgers, homemade sauces, slow-roasted turkey and pulled pork sandwiches are made from passed down, family recipes.
