We worked with their salesman Doug Toback who was awesome and worked through several options in order for us to find the best value. We then coordinated the installation with Dan Gile who has to be the nicest New Yorker I've ever met :-) The installation was done by Steven - a gentleman who has such a can do attitude, is efficient and so respectful. He and his colleague had to carry the very large and heavy sliding door up a steep hill in our snowy backyard and when I apologized for the hassle - told me it was no big deal at at all - it's their job and they're happy to do it. The doors turned out GREAT!! So pretty! So easy to open and close and simply beautiful. They all wore masks from start to finish too. Very happy and would definitely recommend to others."
