We originally went to this customer's home for a no-heat situation, but after a thorough evaluation, we discovered the furnace was in need of a good amount of repair as was the air conditioner. Basically, this customer needed a whole new system, but due to medical bills, he was unable to afford the repairs or replacement.
Frasier's decided to donate all the equipment and our techs Dan, Zach, and Joe donated their Saturday to install the new system. This customer now has a new furnace and air conditioner!
This customer is a Vietnam veteran and we want him to know how grateful we are for his service to our country.
The temperature is going to plummet in the next few months — be prepared!
