Although there is a cultural stigma about therapy, there is nothing wrong with seeking help. If you had a broken leg, you would go to the doctor, right? Or if one of your friends or family members were suffering from a high fever, you would urge them to seek immediate medical attention, wouldn’t you? We go to the doctor when we are sick or when something in our body hurts, it’s only right that we seek the same kind of help when the challenges of life have become too difficult to deal with on our own. You should seek help if you are having difficulty getting out of bed, sleeping too much or too little, have a hard time motivating yourself to get the day rolling, have a lot of doubts in yourself, go days at a time depressed, you feel chronically tired with zero energy, and are bored or restless.
Give professional therapy a try, and call Fred Aiese today to schedule an appointment or to learn more about how he can help you.
