HVAC Services During Illinois’ Stay-at-Home Order
During Illinois’ Stay-at-Home order, Freed Heating & Air Conditioning will remain open due to its designation as an essential business. The employees of Freed Heating & Air Conditioning are committed to providing our customers with the services they may need to maintain their homes during this time.
We are also committed to the safety of our employees and customers and are taking the appropriate precautions to ensure their health and well-being. We have asked our employees to remain at home if they are not feeling well and we ask our customers to notify us if you and/or someone at the residence does not feel well.
What to expect if we are visiting your home:
· Our technicians will not shake hands during this time for your and their health and safety.
· Our technicians will not ask for your signature for approval for service. Rather they will ask for approval verbally.
· Our technicians will stay at least 6 feet away from you. We ask that you stay at least 6 feet away from them.
· Our technicians have been provided disposable gloves, masks, and shoe covers and may wear these when in your home.
· Again, if you or someone in your household is showing signs of illness, including fever or flu-like symptoms, we ask that you notify us before we visit your home.
We are so very thankful for our loyal customers and hope this situation comes to an end soon. It is important to us that you have a comfortable safe place to be during this time. If service is needed, please call 309-762-3641 or email freedheating@mchsi.com.
