Eric Froisland was born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah. He graduated from the University of Utah with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a minor in Japanese and Economics. In 2003, he obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of Utah. Prior to graduating from law school, Eric worked a one-year internship with Judge Boulden of the United State Bankruptcy Court. After graduation, he worked as counsel for the Chapter 13 Trustee for the District of Utah. His bankruptcy knowledge and background has allowed him to advise and assist clients with tax issues that may or already have filed for bankruptcy relief. For the last 10 years, Eric has been representing clients with various tax issues, including IRS settlement offer, audit representation, tax court litigation, IRS appeal representation, tax litigation in Federal District Court, State tax appeals, lien releases, and non-filer representation.
