I’m a firm believer in chiropractic work after going while I was pregnant for sciatic pain! We couldn’t get her in until last week because of her jaundice and cold! But she’s a completely different baby! She was different after her first adjustment and after her second she’s been sleeping more through the night and not as fussy! Today she didn’t even fuss or cry while he was adjusting her and after she was so happy! We love Dr. O and Dr. John at Frontier Integrated Health Center and everyone else there!
Get those referrals on....$20 towards your next visit, and your name in to take home this fine piece of recreational equipment.

As of October 1st at Frontier Integrated Health Center, we started a quarterly referral raffle to add a little fun and give back to our amazing patients who support us. Thanks to all of you.
Each quarter there will be a new prize that you don’t want to miss out on.
Requirements to enter raffle:
-You must be a patient
-You must refer a patient to the office
-Referred patient must show for initial visit
-THAT’S ALL
There are two pictures with this post:
-The actual prize itself
-The detailed breakdown of how everything works
There are no limits to how many patients can be referred, and for each referral another raffle goes in with your name on it. Not to mention a $20 credit towards chiropractic care with each referral a patient sends.
Good luck and happy referring.
***Drawing will be at the end of December***
