Since Yelp wants to hide my review... Let me tell you how good Plumberologist is (are?)... I had a main line blockage that backed up some "stuff" into my basement and I am actually okay with it now thanks to Justin and Plumberologist. Nevermind the smell, nevermind the ruined afternoon and forget about the clothing, rug and books I had to toss- it is all okay now. Jennifer was great in quelling my tears as I told her my tale of sewage woe over the phone. She patiently listened to me bawl about the damage and how I need to burn down the house and release nuclear ants to clean up the mess. She let me know she could get someone out there very quickly and she did. Justin came out and fixed the problem. He didn't have a flamethrower or drive up in a tank but he had the tools he needed.... though I think a flamethrower would have been pretty cool. He came in, explained he was going to figure out what the problem was and then let me know my options. He didn't have a flamethrower with him and so I resigned myself to the idea napalm and air support were out of the questions as well. Seriously, though, Justin took his time to ensure he knew what the problem was and gave me a couple of options on how to deal with it. I took the cheap option and it worked. His knowledge, relaxed demeanor and willingness to answer my dumb questions made it feel more like I was having a beer with a friend who knew more about plumbing than hiring someone to help me out. Justin didn't push a diamond plated plunger service on me nor did he try to upsell me to a more expensive but unnecessary option. He was straight with me and gave me a good deal. Plumberologist now has another dedicated customer. But bring a flamethrower next time.
