We are looking for a professionally experienced Service Writer for a full time Monday- Friday position with weekends off. 2 years minimum experience in customer service and automotive repair and maintenance industry. Knowledge in mechanical repairs, parts, tires and oil changes is a must. Your job duties will include but are not limited to greeting customers when they come in, writing up customers work orders, ordering parts, communicating with the team, keeping customers informed about what is going on with their vehicle, answering phones, scheduling automotive repairs and maintenance and creating work order estimates. Skills required for this position are communication, basic computer skills, attention to detail, interpersonal skills, collaboration and team work, problem solving, critical thinking and organizational skills.
