As a team, Full Living offers psychotherapists who have a wide range of training, education, specialties, and approaches. With the additional consideration of personality, Full Living feels confident in its ability to find every client a great match.

We additionally support gender and sexuality diversity and provide a safe environment for transgender, non-binary, kink, and polyamorous clients. LGBTQI sensitivities and cultural competencies can’t be taught. They’re built on an open mind and compassion for all people, a quality that defines every clinician at Full Living.
Full Living offers individual, couples, family, and group therapies for adults, teens, and children. The clinicians, who are conveniently located at various locations throughout Philadelphia and the Greater Philadelphia area, customize each client’s care, including helping them connect to other needed services such as psychiatry, psychological testing, and nutritional counseling.
There are a multitude of issues that bring people into psychotherapy. Sometimes it’s a mood or diagnostic issue, like depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorders, or eating disorders, but it can just as frequently be issues like low self-esteem, an existential crisis, or a life circumstance you need help thinking through.
Below are examples of the types of issues you might bring to therapy which our therapists offer as specialties:
Challenges and opportunities of young adulthood
Cultural, religious, racial, economic, and ethnicity-based themes
Early intervention for the new family
Mood and behavior management
Parenting issues and education
Sexual and gender diversity
Emotional growth
Life transitions
Trauma, addictions, and recovering

Hey Therapists, if you have clients who are really struggling with hopelessness, dread, negativity, fear, anxiety and such during this extended pandemic, or if you need either some help yourself or some help about how to think this through with your clients, please check out this super inexpensive one hour zoom workshop. Perspectives of Scarcity and Abundance are learned realities from early life, when our interactions with caregivers lay the foundation for what we will expect from relationships and society. Fortunately adulthood offers us opportunities to incorporate new lived experiences to change detrimental narratives. Karen addresses these important issues with compassion, play and humor as she teaches us how to achieve gratitude in these times.
