Funk Outdoor Enterprises has been operational since 2003. At the beginning it was a sole proprietorship owned by Greg Funk who relied on the help of three sons (Bill, Tim and Jon) all of whom were in school at the time. The business primarily consisted of concrete work contracted through Sun Enterprises.
