Tonight, our Director of Admissions and Outreach attended a peaceful protest with students and young adults from Seattle. They were encouraged to find their own unique expression for the reason they were gathering.
It is such a powerful image to see the future of America standing up and fighting for what they believe in. As educators, it is our duty to give students the space and ability to express themselves, their ideals, and what they are passionate about. We are so incredibly proud of each and every person who is using their voice tonight to protest police brutality and bring awareness to the #BlackLivesMatter movement.

Today, we celebrated two of our students for finishing #Wellness. Over the last six weeks, they have learned how to prepare themselves for life after high school by learning social-emotional skills through Art Expression, Music Expression, Healthy Habits, and Physical Wellness. We are so proud of them for how far they have come in these short six weeks! ⠀
We spent time to express our gratitude for the students, as well as the teachers who impart such amazing knowledge through these courses. Everyone brought a healthy snack, and we wrote down our gratitude online so that they can keep the kind words for themselves. ⠀
