We had the most FVFers in the same (socially distant) place since March today! It was nice to see everyone’s half faces for a few minutes while we got poked!

We know our clients didn’t choose to be in this situation. And it’s not right that their only way out is to navigate a complicated series of decisions designed to be confusing.
Our job at FVF is to handle the obstacles insurance companies throw at injury victims and guide our clients through the claim process, so they can focus on what’s important – getting better.
Great job Hope and all of Team FVF for making sure Heather felt taken care of every step of the way!

Managing Attorney Shawn McLaughlin Frazier and the rest of team FVF met Rolo at our Austin Humane Society Service Day in the spring of 2019(Lower right pic). It was literally love at first site. Shawn took her family back to AHS to meet Rolo and the Frazier family changed furrever!
It’s hard to believe Rolo (now 80 lbs!) was every that tiny! The lower left pic was his 1st birthday! This gentle giant is an absolute love bug and an endless source of entertainment at the Frazier house. According to Shawn, he makes a variety of ridiculous noises that can’t be described in words, but never fail to bring a smile! He loves giving kisses and is always in the middle of family hugs.
Shawn and her husband didn’t think they were dog people but Rolo changed all that. This month they got a second puppy! Say hi to Rolo and his new sister, Snickers!

Celebrating our staff: Hispanic Heritage Month
Getting to know our Office Manager Extraordinaire – Jennifer Estrada-Rodriguez
Jennifer’s grandparents came to the US from Mexico.
One of things Jennifer loves about her heritage is the way her family celebrates holidays (and the food that entails!). It’s not really a holiday unless she is cooking with her family -- Tamales at Thanksgiving, Buñuelos at Christmas and New Year’s, Capirotada (her grandmother’s favorite!) and Pan De Muertos for Día de los Muertos -- anybody else getting hungry?
Family and Faith are huge parts of Jennifer’s culture. Catholicism is at the root of many of her family traditions.
Cesar Chavez is one of Jennifer’s Latino heroes because of the work he did improving the treatment, pay, and working conditions for migrant farm workers. Jennifer’s father was a migrant worker, and she loves hearing his stories from the farm.
