Metallic Epoxy is the finished process presented in time lapse video. Several floor prep processes shown in time lapse: Cleaning, Moisture mitigation and Self-level. Then the painting begins: black resin epoxy undercoat, metallic pigment Dophin/Pearl and Sparkle additive covered by clear coat.
Surfside Inn and Suites details. 750 rooms, bathrooms, elevator lobbies, corridors and common areas completed in six months with almost no punch.
Another G2 Team accomplishment. We orchestrated a great plan and my Team nailed it, managing 40 - 60 crew members on any given day. Twin towers - 5 connecting buildings - 750 units with common areas, an accelerated schedule - finished in 6 months and virtually no punch. Great job team.
