The Bryan Police Department is co-sponsoring a COVID-safe, outdoor, community event. Have you ever wanted to talk to a police officer or have positive conversations about social issues? Here is your chance!
On September 19th you will be paired with a Bryan Police Officer to walk 1 mile at the Bryan Police Department. During your mile walk, you can discuss life, get to know each other, learn about each other, and have positive conversations to help bring #unityinourcommunity! Not only will you learn about your local police officers, but your local police officers will also learn about you!

Due to the recent Declaration of Disaster issued by Governor Abbott regarding COVID 19, and the Texas Commission on Jail Standards; The Brazos County Sheriff Office has suspended all onsite visitation until further notice.
Although visits at the Brazos County Detention Center have been suspended not allowing individuals to come to our visitation lobby; families are still able to see their loved ones via remote video visits. Each inmate will be allowed two free remote visits a week. Additional visits are available for a fee.
